 I'm trying out a few new tricks and such in my editing...

The SideShow Project...

This will serve as the CASTING CALL for my SideShow Project...

I will need people to fill the following categories:

Tattooed Man/Woman
Bearded Lady
Magician
Dancing Girls
Contortionist
Old Timey Musicians
Strong Man
Snake Charmer
Wild Man/Woman
Dog Trainer
Exotic Girl

Multiples of each are possible, and several categories imply more than one person.


There will be more to the concept...trust me...and you don't have to actually perform the act (except contortionist)...Just look the part...


This will be part and parcel to a book that is in the works...
More on that as it develops beyond planning stage.

I have decided to streamline my shooting process for the month of February....

All shoots will be taking place at Great American Tattoo Company in Franklin.
Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 8pm to 10 pm(ish)...all month long.

Well...Then there's THAT...

So...for years I have used a VERY minimal lighting setup in my photography....
As much out of laziness and being a tightwad as anything else...
BUT...I just broke down and bought a 3 light setup for the upcoming projects...

I guess we'll see how "real" lighting is gonna effect my work...

She didn't know what to do with her hands...

This is Brittany....I shot her at Great American Tattoo Co, in Franklin, Indiana.
The shop has a salon/gallery feel to it, and provided a nice warmth to the atmosphere.
Nice Victorian styled couches made the setup a breeze...

I have embarked on a new project..
Models are being lined up now.
So....I thought that I would just post a bunch of the older pics that I have recently re-edited...
